By accessing or using PE Classroom ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you are using PE Classroom on behalf of a school, school district, or educational institution, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.
PE Classroom is a web-based platform designed for physical education teachers and school staff. It provides tools for managing class rosters, tracking student attendance and participation, recording PE standard assessments, running tournament brackets, building lesson plans, and hosting fitness challenges. The Service is intended exclusively for use by authorized educators and school personnel.
PE Classroom uses Google OAuth 2.0 for authentication. When you sign in with Google, we receive only your name and email address from Google. We do not receive your Google password or access to any other Google account data. Your use of Google sign-in is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

All content, design, code, trademarks, and materials within PE Classroom are the property of PE Classroom and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for your educational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of all student data and class content you enter into the platform. By submitting data, you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the Service.
We strive to maintain reliable access to PE Classroom but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable for any disruption, loss of data, or inconvenience resulting from downtime or service changes.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or that it will be free from errors or security vulnerabilities.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PE Classroom and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including data deletion obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
